South Western Railway have launched the first phase of their compensation scheme to refund passengers who were affected by the strike last winter.
All season ticket holders will be contacted by SWR and reimbursed – you can check your eligibility here https://compensation.southwesternrailway.com
The next phase will allow non-season ticket holders to submit claims and I will update you as and when I receive further information.
