It’s imperative that the UK gets value for money in our Overseas Aid Budget and that the money is spent close to the ground and not poured into the black hole of global bureaucracy.
Small charities play a vital role in this and to help them do even more International Development Secretary Priti Patel has announced an innovative fund to support small development and humanitarian organisations. This will help them scale up the excellent work they already do to help the poorest and most vulnerable communities in the world.
