A great pleasure to attend this local institution once again last week, although dismayed to learn that the current organising committee are standing down. The hunt is on for new volunteers to keep the market going and I sincerely hope they do. Those of us who live in the north of the constituency really value the market and certainly we always return laden down with fish, venison, cheese and more.
