I hosted a meeting with the Bioindustry Association and the APPG for Life Sciences last week. They know that constantly making new discoveries and carrying out cutting edge and ambitious research will keep Britain at the forefront of international innovation.
That’s exactly where we want to be and exactly where we should be. The Government has a massive part to play in making that happen, boosting funding and providing the right conditions for success. This is central to our future prosperity and quality of life, and I’m proud to support these groups in Parliament.
