It was just grand to see 22 Engineer Regiment exercise their freedom of the borough of Test Valley last night. A splendid inspection and parade in the High Street was followed by a very jolly reception in the Guildhall, celebrating their relationship with Andover and the work they do to keep us all safe and free. I’ve got to know some of the chaps in the regiment over the years and they are credit to the British Army every one.
