Small businesses have no option but to survive on an ever-changing horizon whether it is new pension laws, the introduction of the living wage or tax changes. The one thing SMEs need is certainty, and the one place they should be able to rely on for certainty is Government. Having certainty when it comes to wages, expenses or taxes such as National Insurance, will make it easier for businesses to employ people.
